Авторский контракт композиции «Гипотеза Римана» Arxo, версия 0.1.0.
Пакет связывает записи разных владельцев (riemann.primes_1859,
cmi.riemann_hypothesis, cmi.millennium_rules, platt_trudgian.rh_verification_2020,
mathlib.zeta) через общий словарь arxo.math_claims/arxo.zeta, не создавая
собственных фактов взамен чужих. rh_formulation_from(c, src) — производное
соединение уже заявленных identifies_riemann_hypothesis и source_asserts,
не новый факт от имени источника. formulation_equivalence_basis(c1, c2,
basis) фиксирует ОСНОВАНИЕ эквивалентности формулировок явно: совпадение
названий само по себе не создаёт этой связи.
Сценарий с допущением RH — ИЛЛЮСТРАТИВНЫЙ и явно помечен synthetic: он
показывает механику conditional_on/assumed_in_scenario/established_under_assumption
контракта arxo.math_claims, а не переносит конкретную опубликованную
